My love for fitness and food has been a big part of my life from a young age. I was the sporty kid at school, with a big appetite!
After my studies at University I started my career as a Nutritionist in the food industry but quite quickly realised something was missing. I wanted to do more to help others find their own joy from being active as well as a good balance when it comes to food - it gives me so much happiness and I wanted to share that with others. So I gained further qualifications and started up my own business in 2016 working with clients as a certified Personal Trainer and Registered Nutritionist.
I soon found an interest in pre and post natal fitness and was astonished at the lack of support and sound advise women receive when trying to keep fit during pregnancy or trying to get back safely to exercise post birth - I knew this specialist area was for me and I wanted to support women through these difficult times.
We had our first baby (a little boy called Rory) in 2019 then twins (girl Darcey and boy Beau) in 2022 and can honestly say I know the struggles of trying to keep fit & healthy whilst feeling sick & exhausted in pregnancy, trying to lose the baby weight whilst craving all the cakes due to lack of sleep & feeding, and trying to navigate your way back to fitness post birth whilst looking after children who don't like to nap much!
All of this has fuelled my drive to help women find their healthy balance when it comes to juggling fitness, eating well and looking after a bump or a family.
