We all know that preparing for Motherhood and being a mum is full on, and finding the time and energy to look after yourself can often get neglected despite self care being the key to a happy Mum. My mission is to help you achieve a healthy balance in your life whether that be through a fitness class with like minded mums or mums-to-be, nutrition coaching, personal training or an online fitness & nutrition package. I’m here to help you do more of what makes you feel good in an enjoyable, effective and accessible way so finding that healthy balance becomes the norm and you are left feeling happy and energised to look after your family!

The Return to Movement 6-week plan

The Return to Movement plan is an online 6-week progressive exercise plan designed by a specialist in post natal fitness to help you feel confident with your initial return to exercising after having a baby. It is endorsed by women's health physiotherpist and involves 3 two-weekly blocks of workouts from Pilates-stlye workouts to resistance band workouts, low impact cardio and stretch videos, each slowly progressing you to the next level.
