Want to come to class but have gone back to work?
Enjoy fun group exercise classes?
If so, "Mum Time" is for you! A friendly group class focussing on functional exercises for Mums to give you the fitness to keep up with your little ones! Please note: This class is not suitable for new mums. Women should be at least 6 months post natal, have no pelvic floor dysfunction or diastasis AND have already tested out higher impact exercises due to the nature of the classes. A typical 45 minute class will include:
Warm up & mobilisations.
Main workout involving bodyweight resistance work and cardio (more equipment when resitrictions allow!)
Cool down and stretch
Sessions run in blocks (“terms”) so Mummies can get to know one another, and you will have the best chance of getting results! If you would like to start the term midway through, please contact me direct via the online form or via social media DMs. We do have a PAYG option too if you prefer - please book on 12 hours prior to class where possible - there is a 24h cancellation policy with PAYG (see T&Cs for more details). Important notes:
You must fill out a pre-screening questionnaire prior to class.

Due to the current situation with COVID-19 participants are asked to bring to class their own exercise mat (or something to lie on). If you have a long resistance band and small loop resistance band please bring them too - I do have some to use if people need.
We will always endeavour to run classes in all weather conditions and adapt sessions accordingly, however in the case of very heavy rainfall or extreme weather conditions classes may be held over zoom. If this is the case, you will be contacted at least two hours prior to the start time.
