A class specially designed for pregnant women from 16 weeks pregnany to help you safely keep exercising throughout pregnancy, while reducing aches and preparing for labour and post natal.
 
A typical class will include: 
  • Mobility perfect for the pregnant body
  • Specially designed resistance and cardio movements to help keep you fit, strong and prepare you for labour 
  • A stretch and relax section to help you feel more comfortable in your everyday
Different options will be given to suit your stage of pregnancy. 
 
Sessions run in blocks (“terms”) so Mummies to be can get to know one another, and you will have the best chance of getting results! If you would like to start the term midway through, please contact me direct via the online form or via social media DMs. We do offer a PAYG option for those that need it - please book on 12 hours prior to class where possible - there is a 24h cancellation policy with PAYG (see T&Cs for more details). 
 
Important notes: 
  • You must fill out a pre-screening questionnaire prior to class - you should be directed to this on sign up, if not please find it in your profile.
  • Women must be at least 16 week pregnant – and have had sign off from their GP or midwife to take part in exercise.
  • Participants are asked to bring to class their own exercise mat (or something to lie on) and their own resistance bands (you will need one long resistance band and one small loop resistance band).
