Women's Only Senior Mondays

Want to workout with like-minded local women of a similar age?
Want to build up some strength & fitness but in a supported environment?

If so, this class is for you! A friendly group class focussing on functional exercises for women from around 60+. We will work on building strength & fitness to help keep you active, pain free and moving well. 

A typical 45 minute class will include:
  • Warm up & mobilisations.
  • Main workout involving resistance work and cardio
  • Cool down and stretch
Sessions run in blocks (“terms”) so everyone can get to know one another, and you will have the best chance of getting results! If you would like to start the term midway through, please contact me direct via the online form or via social media DMs. We do have a PAYG & PAYG bundle pass option too if you prefer - please book on 12 hours prior to class where possible - there is a 24h cancellation policy with PAYG (see T&Cs for more details). 
 
Important notes:
  • You must fill out a pre-screening questionnaire prior to class.
  • Participants are asked to bring to class their own exercise mat (or something to lie on). If you have a long resistance band and small loop resistance band that is great too.
