Are you keen to get into Strength Training but want some support? 
Want to workout with like-minded local women?

If so, this class is for you! This class is all about building confidence with weights, learning solid technique, and getting stronger in a supportive, no-intimidation group setting. 
 
A typical class will include:
  • Warm up & mobilisations.
  • Main workout involving dumbbell, kettlebell, barbell movements & more!
  • Cool down stretch
Sessions run in blocks (“terms”) so everyone can get to know one another, and you will have the best chance of getting results! If you would like to start the term midway through, please contact me direct via the online form or via social media DMs. We do have a PAYG option too if you prefer - please book on 12 hours prior to class where possible - there is a 24h cancellation policy with PAYG (see T&Cs for more details). 

Important notes:
  • You must fill out a pre-screening questionnaire prior to class.
  • For Mumas - it is recommended you only come to this class once you have fuly recovered from birth and are ready to start adding resistance to your programme.
